Charles Holden, Architect has over sixteen years experience creating engaging modern architecture for clients in North Carolina. Prior to forming Oxide, Charles was co-founder for Tonic Design / Tonic Construction, where he helped implement a dynamic design-build approach that continues to produce award-winning work. Prior to Tonic, Charles worked with Frank Harmon, Architect, contributing to over fifty projects including
Penland School of Crafts's Iron Studio. Charles is a graduate of NCSU with degrees in Philosophy, Environmental Design, and Architecture, Cum Laude.

Krzysztof Leszczynski is a LEED Accredited Professional who currently serves as designer and sustainability strategist for Oxide. Krzysztof's early experience in rural Poland cultivated an early appreciation and insight into the natural world. His collaboration with groups such as the Carrboro-based Village Project brings a practical component to his environmental worldview. His extensive undergraduate experience, ranging from classical humanities to applied sciences, has proven invaluable as Oxide evaluates and incorporates sustainable design processes. Krzysztof is currently pursuing degrees in Business and Fine Arts.
William Small is an Intern Architect with a diverse set of skills ranging from managing BIM computer models to creating watercolor renderings for clients. William is a member of 'The Wedge' Community Garden in the Pullen Park Neighborhood of Raleigh and is coordinating the community-led construction of a tool storage shed, gathering place, and chicken coop. William worked in China as a creative consultant for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Architecture.
